Dr. Steven Bont was born and raised in Muskegon, Michigan. He attended Bethel University in Arden Hills, MN. Dr. Bont received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Northwestern Health Science University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine in 1987. He began his practice in St. Croix Falls after graduation. Dr. Bont has received many awards and accolades for his community spirit and generosity. He has volunteered his services in sports medicine to the local high schools for over 25 years. Dr. Bont has also coached football and wrestling as well as served on the school board, numerous boards of local community service and local government.
Dr. Bont and his wife, Anita, have two adult children, Erin and Isaac. He has taken extensive post-graduate training in nutrition, sports medicine, physical diagnosis and internal disorders. Dr. Bont is a diversified practioner who utilizes multiple physical therapy modalities including massage, ultrasound, trigger point therapy, interferential electrical muscle stimulation, traction, accupressure and rehabilitation. His many hobbies include jogging, gardening and watching local sporting events.

Natalie Doornink attended Carthage College in Kenosha, WI and has a degree in Exercise Sports Science & Physical Education K-12 with a minor in coaching.
She works part time for Grantsburg 24 Hour Fitness & Bont Chiropractic. Natalie is the Fitness Trainer and develops conditioning programs for the patients, as well as leads step, bootcamp, pilates, and older adults classes. She is the owner of FitNat Exercise Design & Consulting and provides personal training and various fitness services to the community and surrounding areas.
Natalie strives for balance and feels fortunate to have a successful fitness career, while being able to be home and active with her children. She most enjoys running, pushing the jogger stroller, hiking, traveling, reading novels and devotionals, collecting cook books, and especially loves sunny days.

Carrie Myers, the fitness center manager, attended University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and graduated with a degree in athletic training and a minor in strength and conditioning.
Carrie started working as fitness center manager in December 2011 and has been involved with the Biggest Loser Program as an instructor for the past year using her passion for physical fitness and knowledge from her degree of the human body. Carrie also works part time at the Burnett Medical Center as an athletic trainer and patient registration representative.
Carrie was raised in Grantsburg and graduated from Grantsburg High in 2006. In her free time, Carrie enjoys walking/running with her dog Gunner, relaxing with her future hubby, watching her favorite TV show Friends, and most of all spending time with her friends and family.
